A 1993 graduate of India's highest-ranked law school, the National Law School in Bangalore, Sanjay is Head of Operations for our India affiliate, SDD Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. For over seven years, Sanjay has been handling sophisticated U.S. and U.K. matters for Western clients. For example, he and his expertly-trained team have handled legal research and drafting assignments for several of the world's largest film studios and television companies. Sanjay's areas of U.S. legal expertise include media, intellectual property, bankruptcy, health care, commercial transactions, torts, and all manner of litigation support. In addition, for a London-based educational company, Sanjay "wrote the book" that is now used to train U.K. solicitors in corporate law. Sanjay also has extensive experience in the scrutiny, drafting and registration of documents relating to the sale and lease of real property in India. Prior to joining our India team, Sanjay served as the local Head of Operations for India's first high-end legal services outsourcing company, which he helped establish, incorporate and manage in Bangalore, beginning in 2003. He is probably the best and most experienced lawyer in India, in the area of Western legal matters.
