Our attorneys have handled some of the most significant copyright
cases in the United States. We currently are prosecuting or defending
against at least three pending copyright litigations in the federal

We are expert in obtaining dismissals of libel claims against publishers,
journalists, and other media defendants. For example, attorney Russell
Smith has obtained the dismissal of libel and related claims against
Viking Press, Inside Edition, Warner Books, Simon & Schuster,
Channel Four Television, Penguin Books, New American Library and
other media defendants. We are currently representing several newspapers
against libel claims designed to silence the press. With the addition
